
Gelber Solutions began in 2023 as a small, independent practice focused on interim management and consultancy. As clients’ needs evolved, so did the firm. The work quickly shifted toward human-centred development: leadership, capability building, coaching, and the design of tailored learning experiences.
Within two years, we partnered with some of the largest corporations in Hungary, delivering solutions across industries and functional areas. In 2025, we began working internationally, expanding our reach and refining our expertise in cross‑border leadership development.

With a career that spans continents and cultures, I bring a global perspective grounded in strong Hungarian roots. Since 1998, I have lived, studied, and worked in truly international environments, shaping a worldview that is both broad and deeply human.
I have led and collaborated with diverse teams across Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Manila, India, Hungary, the UK, the US, and Mexico. Fluent in Hungarian, English, and Hebrew, I navigate multicultural contexts with ease and bring that global fluency into every advisory engagement.
Trained as an economist and refined through senior roles in technology and operations, my leadership journey has focused on building and guiding global teams across complex, fast‑moving organisations. My work has always centered on people, while balancing the interplay of people, process, technology, and data to create meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
Alongside my corporate roles, I developed a practice in coaching, facilitation, and leadership design, earning my ICF ACC credential and working with executives across industries. In 2023, I founded Gelber Consulting, and in 2025 rebranded it as Gelber Solutions to reflect a broader mission: to architect leadership development that is tailored, contextual, and human.
Outside of work, I am a father of five and partner to a successful wife, which experiences continually teach me about perspective, resilience, and what it means to lead with intention.
My passion is simple: helping leaders and organisations unlock their potential through thoughtful, co‑designed development journeys. I believe leadership is not taught. It is architected.
